Genetics Meets Metabolomics: From Association to Translation

In this webinar, organized by the NIH Metabolomics Interest Group, Dr. Karsten Suhre, of Weill Cornell Medicine – Qatar, reviewed work done by his group and collaborators in genome-wide association studies with concentrations of hundreds of small molecules (mGWAS), discussed extensions to multi-omics phenotypes, and outlined possible ways to translate mGWAS findings to clinical and biomedical applications.
