Metabolomics must become more standardized and harmonized so that we can compare results across studies. This bootcamp used XCMS, MZmine, MS-DIAL and CompoundDiscoverer on a accurate mass LC-MS/MS data set of 50 mouse samples to explore, under which sets of parameters all the software programs would yield the same metabolites as differentially regulated between groups of samples, and how many true positive mz-rt features were correctly found.

Results will be submitted for publication in Fall 2019, to be published in early 2020.
